Our business is people, and often times large groups of clients and crew, as we hunt for the perfect talent for our clients or rent our studio space for a photoshoot. In this new world of Coronavirus, we are progressing forward to the future of what a practical and safe environment looks like. SO here are all of the mitigation measures we have put in place to keep providing the best experience our industry has to offer!!

Remote Castings

We at Trigger casting pride ourselves on our tech and it is tech that will get us through this! We are now offering 100% remote castings for our clients through Zoom. Here is an example of how this will work (insert daughter as our model and Julie as our client!).

Remote Talent Submission

People are getting savvier every day and submissions from the safety of a model’s home on a smart phone can be just the ticket for these troubled times! Our reach is still every agency, all the premier talent, everywhere.

Casting Flow

When we finally can get together, we have adjusted our casting workflow to accommodate smaller numbers waiting to be shot and to accommodate social distancing. As long as we all stay disciplined and keep things moving , we can keep castings at Trigger as safe as possible!!

Room To Distance

Trigger’s 5,000 square feet make spreading out very easy. Our space is wide open with several exits that can be left open for better air circulation. We also have 5 bathrooms so teams will be able to control use between crew, client and talent.

PPE!

Julie’s been hand making masks for a couple weeks now so not only are they functional but also cute! We will have free masks available for anyone that comes to Trigger. Of course, we would encourage you all to come with a mask but if you can’t we have you covered! Talent waiting to be shot for a casting will be asked to wear masks as well as check-in and staff.

PPE may never be perfect but everything we can do for each other will increase everyone’s safety so Trigger masks will continue to be part of the solution - and you might as well look good while being safe!

Improved HVAC Filters

We’ve upgraded our HVAC system with MERV 13 filters. These bad boys will help keep Trigger’s air as clean as possible. If there’s covid-19 in our air, most of that junk will get caught in our air filtration system and not get blown back into our studio.

Voiceover

Transitioning away from on set audio is one way to dramatically reduce crew size on video shoots to help with social distancing. We’ve got you covered there as well with a fully outfitted VO studio capable of remote recording sessions with clients.

Remote Participation With Shoots

To help reduce the number of people on set, we can offer multiple on site remote cams on rolling stands for clients to join in without physically being there. This system combined with a live feed for photo/video and you are good to go!

Strict Cleaning Regiment

We have implemented a comprehensive disinfection cleaning protocol for Trigger before and after every shoot. Our team will disinfect common surfaces, door knobs as well as hyper clean the whole studio so we are always ready for you…sparkling!

Airflow

Trigger has 6 exterior exits including an 8 foot rear garage door. All of that means very efficient airflow through the space is easy to accomplish. Studies have shown that the greatest rick comes with closed in, non-ventilated spaces and Trigger is essentially the opposite! Our upgraded filtration and excellent airflow mean clean air for your teams.

Hand Sanitizing Stations

We now have 3 hands free foaming sanitizer stations in our studio so whether you are coming in or going out you can keep those hands clean! We will be limiting access to our restrooms during this time so sanitizing is a must!!
